

It appears there is a total failure of TYM company to support their equipment they have sold to farmers. I have been told that no factory mechanics are working on it. Factory representatives have not been in contact so needless to say no parts have been ordered. It has not been assessed to determine what is needed. He stated that no progress has been made to repair my tractor. Yesterday I had a conversation with dealer. I have not begun due to TYM tractor being in the shop. There seems to be no factory support to resolve these problems.At the time of this writing, 6-6-23, I should be completing my spring hay harvest. The tractor has too many problems which occur often and cause excessive downtime. Paid $52,914.I have 9 pages of documentation to provide about problems I have had with this tractor.I am very disappointed in dependability of this tractor.
